Contributions to the David Erceg Endowment for Food Service Staff
Development are accepted any time. Contact our Food Service Manager for more
information on supporting this development fund. In return for your
contribution, you will receive our quarterly newsletter and also be
invited to attend our annual David Erceg Endowment for Food Service
Staff Development benefit dinner. This dinner will showcase our
cooks and bakers in unique ways, and provide a recognition ceremony
for scholarship recipients and donors.
