Chinese Chicken WingsChinese Chicken Wings Recipe [serves 6]
Quick and easy to prepare, these spicy, flavorful marinated chicken wings are tender, delicious and a Sēn Lín Hú (the Chinese Language Village) favorite.  The dark soy sauce adds appealing color and the crushed red pepper and chili sauce add a bit of a bite.

Ingredients
36 count    Chicken Drummies
6 cloves    Garlic – Chopped
1 ½ inch    Ginger Root – Chopped
12 count    Green Onion – 1 inch cut
2 cups       Soy Sauce
½ cup        Dark Soy Sauce
1/8 cup     Sesame Oil
½ Tbsp     Black Pepper
1 Tbsp      Crush Red Pepper
½ cup       Chili Sauce
1 cup        Chinese Rice Wine (Shao Shing, if you can find it, ))

Method
Combine all the ingredients and marinate the chicken wings overnight.  Remove the chicken from the marinade and place on a baking sheet.  Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.  The chicken should be crisp to the touch, but tender and moist inside.
