Executive Council

The Executive Council consists of 11 members of the Concordia Language Villages community. Members include program directors and representatives from the five Language Village language clusters, with the five clusters comprising all 15 language communities of Concordia Language Villages.

The Executive Council is charged with strategic decision-making for Concordia Language Villages (CLV), including long-term planning on a five-year rolling basis and the alignment of resources in the annual operating budget to support strategic goals. The strategic planning process will take into consideration goals and initiatives for all language communities, and program and support divisions.

Executive Council members play a leadership role in staff development and orientation, mission review and development, as well as give voice to all CLV staff members in their respective divisions or language communities in the strategic planning process.
