Family Weekend (4 days/3 nights)
Program Overview
Immersed in beautiful surroundings, Norwegian food, and Norwegian-language conversation, both children and grown-ups absorb lessons about the larger world and the value of learning language. Family weekends allow all the generations to enjoy exploring Norwegian language and culture side-by-side and to share experiences and build memories that will last a lifetime.
Grandparents, parents, cousins, aunts, uncles — everyone from teens to tots to seniors will appreciate the time together. While family programs are tailored to the ages of the people attending, family program participants still enjoy the same authentic menus and many of the same fun-filled immersion experiences as villagers in the Summer Villages programs do.

Norwegian family programs are located at our architecturally authentic Norwegian Language Village near Bemidji, Minn.
