Japanese Family
Dates:
Family Weekends
January 27-29, 2012 (4 days/3 nights)
Program Overview:
Mori no Ike family weekend programs offer a great way to prepare for a trip abroad, explore your family heritage, or just broaden your mind as you make priceless memories together.
While family programs are tailored to the ages of the people attending, participants still enjoy the same authentic menus and many of the same fun-filled immersion experiences as villagers in the summer overnight programs do. Together you can cook Japanese food, craft Japanese art projects, play Japanese games and sports, and enjoy camping favorites like canoeing and singing funny songs (in Japanese, of course!) around the campfire.
Location:
Japanese family weekends are located at The Forest International Retreat Center near Stillwater, Minnesota.
