Transportation Forms
All programs require that you send us a transportation form to indicate how you will be arriving and departing from the program. Transportation forms are sent in the Welcome Packet after your registration is confirmed. Transportation arrangements vary according to the type of program you are attending and are the responsibility of the participants.

Adults/Educators/Family Weekends
Information will be sent in your Welcome Packets. Any other questions may be directed to our transportation office.
Driving to the Villages
Most people drive to the Villages and either drop off Villagers or park on site for the duration of the program.
Charter Bus Options
A charter bus operates regularly for Summer Villagers on Mondays and Saturdays from the Twin Cities, and on Sundays and Saturdays from Madison, Wisc. This year, the Twin Cities Transportation Center has moved to a new location. Please see the Parent Handbook for updated map.

Travel One, a Minnesota-based travel agency, assists camp families make better air travel connections to and from their destinations. Travel One has negotiated special fares on Delta Airlines and helps you find flights that work with Concordia Language Villages transportation schedule.
