Come with your family to stargaze in the beautiful North Woods where the skies are crystal clear and the northern lights dance! 2009 is the International Year of Astronomy, so we are learning about the solar system, auf Deutsch, natürlich!
We'll be inspired by German-speakers like Johann Keppler who exlored the heavens and Wernher von Braun who explored space. We will also use Waldsee's own BioHaus, an innovative building using state-of-the-art energy technology with a deck that is perfect for stargazing.
Each member of your family will choose a German name for the weekend and focus on German language development, enjoy German activities, and have free time to spend together. Comfortable lodging and delicious homemade German cuisine are part of our trademark full-immersion setting. Invite grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles for an unforgettable family reunion!
