Village Explorers
Our Village Explorer day camps run Monday-Friday as half day programs that take place in a variety of locations in the Minneapolis, Minn., metro area. Staff lead children ages 4-8 through a language immersion experience full of fun games, a wide breadth of activities and lots of music.

SUMMER 2009
Global Games!
Children will use a passport to travel to different countries, playing the local games, sports and activities of the "host countries," and learning the language concepts related to those games. Participants in Spanish day camp might play A La Rueda de San Miguel, or Chinese campers could have fun with Tiu-u. Children in the Norwegian program might tiptoe around a sleeping troll in Hokus og Pokus. Art projects, songs, and activities are designed specifically to bring children into the world of activity, bodies, and movement in countries around the world. Through Global Games, children will gain a greater world perspective -- all in another language!
