Refund Policy for Credit Abroad 2008:

Cancellations before March 1 and after the applicant has been accepted into the program:   
$200 administrative fee

Cancellations before March 1 and before the applicant has been accepted into the program:
$50 administrative fee

Cancellations after March 1:                $400 administrative fee plus unrecoverable charges*

Cancellations after June 1:                  50% total program cost

Cancellations after start date:              no refunds

*unrecoverable charges may include but are not limited to charges associated with transportation, lodging and excursions in the host country

Applicants not accepted into the program will receive a full refund of deposit and all payments made. Documented medical-related refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy for Village Weekend Program:
If cancellation is received in our Bemidji office more than 14 days before the program all payments, less the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded. If cencellation is received up to 14 days before the program 50% of the tuition will be refunded (transportation is not refunded). Cancellation received on the day of the program will have 50% of the tuition refunded if notification is made to our Bemidji office before noon of that date (transportation is not refunded).

Refund Policy for Global Language Villages:
Cancellation prior to April 1: Deposit less the $200 non-refundable registration fee will be refunded.
Cancellation after April 1: Any unrecoverable charges (such as airline tickets) plus the $200 non-refundable registration fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Policy for Rosemaling Workshops:
Cancellations received two weeks before the start of the workshop will receive a full refund minus a $100 handling fee.

Twin Cities Transportation Center (TCTC) riders:
Please take note of the change in time for the return to the Twin Cities.  The bus will now arrive back at the New Hope Church between 2:30-3:30 p.m. on Saturday, the last day of your villager’s session.

Refund Policy for Transportation
Refunds for charter transportation will be made only if the Transportation Office (not the Village) is notified by telephone (1-800-450-2214 or 218-586-8600) or in writing at least five business days before the arrival/departure of your villager.
