What is that "LdB"?
Lac du Bois is a summer camp where your children are immersed in the Francophone culture. Here we speak in French, we eat "à la Française," and we have fun in French; all is done with a view to opening the youth on the French language as well as the Francophone culture .
Who can come?
Villagers are children or teenagers ranging from 7 to 18 years old. Some of them are credit villagers and they will stay with us for four weeks. The others are villagers who are here for two sessions of two weeks. We welcome your children, whatever their French level, and we do our best in a view to making possible that everyone can improve their skills.
When?
Each summer, Lac du Bois Bemidji holds two credit sessions, for two weeks sessions, and one week session which is called "Exploration Session" for the youngest villagers. Do not hesitate to visit Concordia's site if you need more details.
