Today the villagers got to sleep for an extra hour and they enjoyed a large breakfast with croissants, eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, and cereal.  In place of their language classes, the villagers selected from a variety of activities; such as, Russian political history, ballet, Kyrgyz language class, tie-dying t-shirts, Russian architecture, and Russian card games.  In the evening, the villagers participated in a talent show and they also made s’mores at the camp fire.

When McDonald's Pushkin Square restaurant opened on January 31, 1990 it broke McDonald's world wide opening day records for customers served. To this day, 12 years later, Pushkin continues to be the busiest McDonald's restaurant in the world.
